Dr. York is a highly trained chiropractor dedicated to providing patient-centered, holistic care. She is a graduate of Otto-Eldred Jr/Sr High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University. She furthered her education by obtaining a Massage Therapy Certificate from Hands on Approach School of Massage before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University.

Dr. York employs a diverse range of chiropractic techniques to effectively address the needs of patients across all stages of life. She is certified in the Webster Technique, which is specifically designed to support prenatal care, and the Activator Technique, a gentle, instrument-assisted method of spinal adjustment. She has advanced certifications in pediatric and perinatal care and enjoys working with infants, children and pregnant women.

Her clinical philosophy emphasizes identifying and addressing the underlying causes of dysfunction rather than focusing solely on symptom management. Dr. York believes that pain serves as an important indicator of imbalance within the body and is committed to restoring optimal function through individualized care.

In addition to chiropractic care, she offers a range of supportive therapies, including massage therapy (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal), cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (muscle scraping), and therapeutic ultrasound. Her approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of discomfort to promote long-term wellness.

She is also in the process of expanding her services to include Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations.

Outside of her professional practice, Dr. York enjoys many outdoor activities including camping, hiking and traveling as well as coaching girls volleyball and basketball. She values time with family and friends and has a strong passion for animals.
