At York Family Chiropractic, we understand that your main priority as a patient is relief care that will get you out of pain. Pain is a common symptom, but it is not normal and should not be accepted. Pain is a deeper message from your body telling you that there is an underlying issue going on. Dr. York makes it her priority to locate and correct the root cause of the problem that is causing you pain.

Dr. York is certified and trained to keep your body in alignment with safe, specific and effective spinal adjustments to allow the body to heal from the inside and out. Dr. York utilizes multiple techniques that gives her the ability to customize care for each of her patient's needs. Whether you suffer from neck or back pain, migraines, sciatic nerve pain, Dr. York has your back by determining the source of the issue. Our scientific approach to chiropractic care ensures that each patient will feel confident in their families being under our care. Our goal is to optimize your health by removing nerve interference so that you and your family can get back to the activities that you love, and continue to do them for years to come. We want to get you back to feeling like your normal and pain-free self.

Dr. Spryce York

Dr. York is a graduate of Otto-Eldred Jr/Sr Highschool. She then attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated with her B.S. in Kinesiology. She then attended massage school at Hands on Approach School of Massage and earned her Massage Therapy Certificate. After that, she attended Life University and graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Dr. York utilizes many different chiropractic techniques to accommodate all walks of life that enter her office. Dr. York is certified in Webster’s Technique, which is great for pregnant women. She is also certified in Activator Technique, which is a gentle instrument adjustment technique. She is also in the process of obtaining special certifications for pediatric & perinatal care through the ICPA. Dr. York believes that pain is a message from deeper in the body that there is something wrong. Here at York Family Chiropractic, we listen to the body and address the root cause to heal the body from the inside out.

Dr. York is experienced in different types of massages such as Swedish (relaxing), Deep tissue (deeper tissue and trigger point work), Hot Stone, and Pregnancy Massage (safe for baby, while also very relaxing for mama).

Dr. York is working towards being able to accept clients who need a DOT physical as well.

In her free time, Dr. York spends time outdoors hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, traveling and spending endless amounts of time with her friends and family. She has a passions for animals and pet sits in her free time.
